Cooking-smoking chambers are designed for heat treating of meat, fish, poultry, and cheese. The basic processes are drying, smoking, cooking and roasting in temperature up to 120°C. Our chambers are available in 4 power supply versions: Oil, Gas, Steam, and Electric. The device is constructed of acid-proof materials; it is equipped with the microprocessor controller which works with a computer (technological processes registry). We produce 1, 2, 3 and multiple trolley chambers.
