HEADMASTER – Head and tail cutter. The device cuts off heads and tails of fish weighting from 0, 15 kg up to 1, 5 kg with speed up to 180 fish per minute. There are two spots for operators loading the fish. Their role is to place the fish properly in the machine for cutting process. The place of cut is regulated and it depends of the size of fish processed.
