Product description

Separators remove meat off the bone of poultry, fish and small animals such as rabbits. Separators are heads mounted on the cutters inlets. After installing the head on the cutter, we have very efficient separator removing the meat off the bone with output from 500 kg/h to 3000 kg/h (depending on cutter’s type) and efficiency from 58 % to 86 % of poultry carcass (after cutting out the breasts). The meat obtained is of very good quality and complies with all the standards.
